The hotel suffered from mosquito issues, especially in the bar and breakfast areas, with little visible effort to mitigate it, leading to a few bothersome bites during meals. Additionally, the experience was marred by an uncomfortable bed, which is a letdown in a place that touts comfort as part of its allure. Some might find the dining hours restrictive. we faced refusal at the restaurant just before closing, leaving our group scrambling for food elsewhere.

We hosted a seminar for 100 people, and it went off without a hitch, thanks to the fantastic support from the staff. The outdoor swimming pool and the spa services were truly relaxing after a busy day.
